BIOGRAPHY

Sapphire Notion are a soulful blues and rock inspired duo from Scotland.  Jade & Chris have been writing and performing together since early 2016.  Initially with just an acoustic guitar, they now craft music with depth and layers using live looped acoustic and electric guitars and piano.  In their first years they have played throughout Scotland and the UK including appearing at various festivals (Edinburgh Fringe, Oxjam Takeover, Mugstock, Lindisfarne and Glasgow and Edinburgh Street Food Festivals). They have played live sessions on Radio Saltire, Radio West Fife and Black Diamond FM and their debut single 'Nothing More' placed no. 2 in the online 'Scottish New Music Chart'. They are currently recording their debut album.  

Their songs are intimate with honest reflections and hopeful messages.
